A superb win.

We started very well and put two goals past Rye in the first half at their home turf. A stroke was given to Rye for a ball that was going into goal when it struck one of our defenders - it appeared to be an unintentional block, but the result was a well executed stroke and a goal for Rye. Our tempo on both attack and defense made things hard for Rye: they had a few scoring chances, but our pressure told with a superb 3 to 1 victory over one of our toughest opponents. It appears that we will now qualify for the New England finals with a record, after today, of 10 and 2.  We were delighted to play so well against a team who were ranked above us in the league. Goals: Habboosh 3.
