Hopkins returned to the courts under cloudy skies to square off once more against St. Luke's. Both singles and doubles were firing on all cylinders, with each member coming out victorious. Highlights include Will's scary overheads, Andy's one-two combination of serves and put-aways, and the return of Jay's dominance on serve. The doubles combos were especially fun to watch today, as all three groups worked as teams to control points and cover the net. Will and Evan covered the court as effectively as "Iceman" and "Slider" dominated at beach volleyball. Karun and Lucas would have held their own against the Bryan brothers today, and Bryan and Jacob had to be as feisty as the British Bulldogs in order to close out the 1D for a complete victory.

Hopkins now is preparing for two important away competitions: Friday's New England Format match at Hotchkiss, Saturday's FAA League contest at GCDS. We will need to be 100% for these challenges. Even though it's only 50 degrees out there, things are definitely cooking up....

YEAH HOP!!
